Hey, I'm Lauren but you can call me Lo. I am a Licensed Esthetician, Creative Director, Wife, Daughter , Sister , Friend and one half of the Pretty, Poised and Powerful Podcast. As a maturing God- fearing woman community has become something of upmost importance to me. I had been looking for ways to connect with like minded women without all the drama that social media can bring. I found myself searching for a place where real women can have real conversations that bring about real growth. I did not find what I was looking for so decided to create that space within Pretty, Poised and Powerful. I am so excited to share this journey of growth, faith and love with all of you.

I am also the other half of the Pretty, Poised and Powerful Podcast. I enjoy having meaningful conversations with honest people that foster clarity and connection. For many years I hid in the shadows of self- doubt . I played small and was afraid to use my voice. Pretty, Poised and Powerful is the outlet God gave me to use my voice to share stories of inspiration , hope , over- coming and to help amplify the voices of other kingdom building women.
